excellent recommendations

Riccardo greeted us warmly at the train station and provided excellent recommendations that enhanced our stay. The relaxing mornings on the balcony, with stunning views, truly captured the essence of Riomaggiore.

poor soundproofing

The views from the balcony are breathtaking. There are no other distractions, just the beauty of the surroundings.

Soundproofing is lacking. expect to hear everything from noisy neighbors. The room has a basic feel for the price, with a bed throw that could use an upgrade and the offbeat method of closing curtains by pegs is definitely a low point.

soundproofing issues

curtain pegs

i thought i’d be stepping into luxury for £260 a night, but oh boy, was i wrong. i had to use clothes pegs to keep the curtains closed! absolutely ridiculous. and the soundproofing? let’s just say you can hear everything from next door. a complimentary bottle of wine would have been lovely since i woudl ve been more than happy to give a good review, but i just couldn’t.

exceptional service

Couples should definitely consider this

We had a fantastic stay. Riccardo was always ready to help us navigate through local spots and he even met us at the train station, can't get better service than that. Enjoyed sipping coffee on the balcony and watching the sunrise, it was perfect.

Not the cheapest option out there, but well worth it.

Fantastic stay with amazing views from the balcony. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to restaurants and shops. Loved how clean our recently remodeled room was. Riccardo was a gem, super helpful when we arrived.

Ricardo was incredibly welcoming, meeting us at the train station and providing great tips for local dining. Clean rooms with stunning balcony views. Perfectly located near the harbor and shops, making it easy to explore. 🌅

Enjoyed the breathtaking views from the balcony in our Deluxe Double Room! The location is perfect for exploring, though the stairs can be a bit tricky. Suggest bringing a light bag and be prepared to climb. Otherwise, a lovely stay overall!
